ITMStudios launches new imagery for Florida firm

Imaginethis Media Studios was retained by Florida based Montenero to develop design & renderings for one of their residential concrete projects. The goal was to show potential purchasers how one style of their homes can work both inside and out in a variety of settings. The first exterior was designed as more mid western and the second was designed with more tropical appeal. The interiors boast all major amenities that a conventional residence would such as a beautiful Kitchen and Dining Area, open concept Living Area and upper loft Family Room. Imaginethis provided interior and exterior renderings as well as interactive panoramas to showcase numerous details.

Montenero is a Florida-based company with patented “machine form” technology used by developers and builders to create five-sided monolithic steel-reinforced concrete structures capable of withstanding 220 MPH category 5 hurricane winds. The technology has been used to build affordable homes, high-end condominium developments, elementary schools, mid-priced homes and high-security prisons in weather-risk markets in the Southeastern US and Caribbean.

Well we have been hard at work here at the studio. One of the current projects we have been working on is the rendering and animation for a new Timber Frame Addition. More images will follow once completed. The design of the project was completed by Duane Addy, Dipl. Arch. Tech. Managing Director / Partner with Imaginethis Media Studios. Before going more into the digital media & advertising end of things, Duane was an experienced building designer that completed numerous projects throughout North America. Today clients still look to Duane to complete custom projects for them and this one along with the previous Monterey Model Home are samples of the design work that can be created.

Monterey 2010 Model Home Interactive Interface

Imaginethis Media Studios Inc. has developed a complete interactive interface to showcase the Monterey 2010 Model Home. The interface is a new product from ITMStudios that combines a variety of features into one main interface. Viewers can explore the animated walk-through, interact with individual panoramas, and discover the exquisite details found within the still images. The interface also offers a description of the design and provides a contact area to find out more on the model or to place an order for the plans.

The interface is completely customizable in both design as well as product integration. Builders can choose a variety of products to incorporate such as I-Selects, 360 Walk arounds, and video tours to name just a few and can also have custom graphics developed.

Monterey 2010 Model Home Animation Launches

The Imaginethis Media Studios – Monterey 2010 model home interior animated showcase is now complete. The 1:28 sec video takes you on a brief journey throughout the main living areas within the 6,158 sq. ft. custom designed home. With candles burning, and the fire set the home is a marketing piece designed to entice the toughest of buyers. Exquisite details have been painstakingly modeled to provide the viewer with a realistic view of the finished home. In the next few days Imaginethis Media Studios Inc. will be launching a full interactive interface that showcases the home further.

Imaginethis has been working on some pretty amazing projects. Majority of these projects are custom homes above the 5000 sq.ft. range and offer amazing architecture. In the coming weeks ITMStudios will be showcasing these upper scale homes in the same manner as the Monterey.

ITMSTUDIOS launches Aspen Hills

Imaginethis Media Studios Inc. was selected by Drumbo Developments to create a new marketing brand for their latest project – Aspen Hills. The media development package consisted of ITMSTUDIOS teaming with Bayview Design to design and develop all 11 model homes, design a new branding and identity package including a new logo, print collateral, custom renderings and a complete online content management web site.
