Monterey 2009 Model Home Interactive Interface

Imaginethis Media Studios Inc. has developed a complete interactive interface to showcase the Monterey 2009 Model Home. The interface is a new product from ITMStudios that combines a variety of features into one main interface. Viewers can explore the animated walk-through, interact with individual panoramas, and discover the exquisite details found within the still images. The interface also offers a description of the design and provides a contact area to find out more on the model or to place an order for the plans.

The interface is completely customizable in both design as well as product integration. Builders can choose a variety of products to incorporate such as I-Selects, 360 Walk arounds, and video tours to name just a few and can also have custom graphics developed.

Monterey 2009 Model Home Animation Launches

The Imaginethis Media Studios – Monterey 2009 model home interior animated showcase is now complete. The 1:28 sec video takes you on a brief journey throughout the main living areas within the 6,158 sq. ft. custom designed home. With candles burning, and the fire set the home is a marketing piece designed to entice the toughest of buyers. Exquisite details have been painstakingly modeled to provide the viewer with a realistic view of the finished home. In the next few days Imaginethis Media Studios Inc. will be launching a full interactive interface that showcases the home further.

Imaginethis has been working on some pretty amazing projects. Majority of these projects are custom homes above the 5000 sq.ft. range and offer amazing architecture. In the coming weeks ITMStudios will be showcasing these upper scale homes in the same manner as the Monterey.

ITMSTUDIOS launches Aspen Hills

Imaginethis Media Studios Inc. was selected by Drumbo Developments to create a new marketing brand for their latest project – Aspen Hills. The media development package consisted of ITMSTUDIOS teaming with Bayview Design to design and develop all 11 model homes, design a new branding and identity package including a new logo, print collateral, custom renderings and a complete online content management web site.

“The client was looking for that complete solution as they grew tired of having to deal with a variety of companies to integrate one project.” says Duane Addy, Managing Director / Partner for Imaginethis. “What Imaginethis was able to provide for them was a one stop solution from concept to design to overall market development and integration.” Over the years Imaginethis has been able to help numerous builders reduce the unnecessary overages that can occur within a project when multiple companies become involved. Media company, The Author Experience, builds a better book.

Well after numerous design revisions and lighting changes Imaginethis Media Studios Inc. is pleased to unveil the imagery for the new 2009 model home. The architectural renderings showcase a variety of rooms in the 6000 sq.ft. home with animations to follow within the next couple of weeks. Imaginethis has for the past decade delivered astounding imagery and the 2009 model home carries on that tradition. Actionmatic Web Site goes LIVE!

Imaginethis Media Studios Inc. is pleased to announce that the new Actionmatic web site has gone live and has already generated sales. After months of development, hundreds of products, a custom database and CMS (Content Management System) the site went live at 12:00 am September 16, 2009 and our client received their first order by 1:00 am that same day.

With the development portion of the web site now complete, Imaginethis will focus on providing the client with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to better advance the project online.

New Commercial Project from the Studio

Imaginethis was contracted to develop a new commercial project for a local developer. The project consisted of one 30,000 sq. ft. office building, a 30,000 sq.ft. retail building and an additional 12,000 sq. ft. office complex along with parking and green space areas. Overall the project was to be completed in just over one week with Imaginethis Media Studios Inc. working closely with designers to produce the final renderings. New “Lifestyle” images from Imaginethis.

Well it has been some time since we have posted here at ITMSBLOG.com.  The studio has been quite busy developing a variety of interactive and rendered projects. One such project was a series of interior renderings with a lifestyle flare. Our digital imagery can be used for a variety of sales tools with “Lifestyle Renderings” being designed to give more of that magazine look and feel. These renderings were originally created for a client who was looking for the ultimate in total realism. 2009 Model Home Update

Well everyone it has been pretty exciting around the studio. We have been forging new ground with some of our interactive technology and intend to showcase it through the release of our 2009 Model Home. Attached is a teaser of the homes exquisite detail (Just a small taste). When all is said and done this 9 million polygon monster will showcase every facet of the homes 6000 (Plus) square foot design including the Energy Star and Green Building Home Design Features, 25 ft. high ceilings and double crystal chandeliers.
